Face so many problems, this paper to Yuanping City Music Education in rural primary school as the research object, through field investigation and a large number of interviews to explore the root causes of problems, and tries to look for the solution methods. Through the investigation of Yuanping City, the music education in rural primary school, for example, from small to big, hope can reflect the special phenomena of China’s modern rural education, and for China’s vast rural area elementary school music educationThrough the investigation on the spot show that Yuanping City rural primary school music education highlights the problem is mainly manifested in the following aspects: 1.
