| Along with economic and social development and the role of population policy, our family structure become simple And because of the influence of the economic pressure and cultural diversity, there are more and more double-income families in our country. This phenomenon is more common in Shanghai. So they usually choose the way of external supports when they have a baby. The frist-mother who in this kind of family structure and diversity child rearing, her mothering role development will have many new features.With the method of nattative research, this study aims to reveal the frist-mother’s mothering role development course who live under that social background and family structure, its influence factors and the impact to themselves.After serious research and analysis, I get three discovers:First of all, the development of frist-mother needs four stages:preparative period, ambivalent period, adaptive period and calm period. In addition, there are three main factors which influence the speed and level of mothering role development:original family, external supporters’participation, and adult individual learning.Finally, this study found that women’s mothering role development influence their individual world, interpersonal relationship world and their cognition of around, it promote the development of the adult. |
