Information is an important resource in modern society. This study uses Network survey research, to survey Hefei 18 colleges and universities on"university information disclosure column" construction investigation, analyze Hefei Undergraduate information disclosure situation,problems and causes of problems;Using questionnaires, by investigations and problems of Universities of Hefei Area information disclosure bar and on the basis of other studies,to prepare the targeted questionnaire.Questionnaire investigation about the understanding of teachers,students and the public disclosure of university information,awareness,usage,satisfaction and so on,to find colleges and universities face in school,students and the public disclosure of information existing problems.Through investigation and analysis found in Hefei university information disclosure the following problems:First,the Universities do not pay attention on information disclosure, the rights of access of public awareness to information is weak;Second,many Universities are not in accordance with University Information disclosed list of issues requirement to disclose information,cover the key information that need to make public;Third,Information disclosure is not timely, is not comprehensive;Fourth, information disclosure website (box)is imperfect,unfriendly interface,the inquiry is not convenient, and the lack of readability.Fifth,at the launching of university information disclosure work,the lack of substantive safeguards and relief system.Therefore,for the existing problems,this paper presents some complete Universities of Hefei Area information disclosure policy proposals from the transformation of consciousness obligation of information disclosure and improve the information disclosure of the main subject of rights awareness of their rights,refine and improve the information disclosure, to establish typical university of information disclosure,to improve the overall public capacity,improve website construction and maintenance level,to strengthen safeguards and build accountability mechanisms and other aspects of sound.
