In the new curriculum standard, it is pointed out that the necessity of the "teaching material integration", advocates the combination of the actual teaching needs, the creative development and use of teaching materials. Text restructure, it is an important means to realize the integration of teaching materials. It requires the teachers based on the content of teaching material, according to the different students’ learning and teachers’ teaching style, will study the words, phrases,sentence patterns, and scattered knowledge into the appropriate language in overall understand and learn to use, so as to form a situation and operation of the new language learning materials. This new teaching means, more in line with the student’s language basis, pay attention to the language of the whole show,improve the pragmatic functions of English teaching.However in the actual teaching, many teachers’ understanding of text restructure is not deep enough and still get bogged down on the texts, even scripted. In order to improve the teachers’ ability of integrating teaching materials, promote the improvement of students’ comprehensive pragmatic level.This paper will explore the text reconstruction principle, establish the strategy formation of operable primary school English text restructure practice mode through the scientific theoretical research combined with solid classroom practice.This article consists of six parts. The first part, the background andsignificance of the research, introduces the situation of domestic and foreign researches on textbook integration and text restructure, and on the basis of this topic research aim, content and method of determining.The second part first discusses the connotation of the integration of teaching materials and text, and then discusses the theoretical basis of the use of text to the integration of teaching materials.In the third part, the paper expounds the general design principles of the teaching syllabus and language learning rules, and the specific operation principles of the four links in the text selection, goal setting, the overall promotion, and pragmatic implementation.In the fourth part, the paper discusses the implementation strategy based on the content of the textbook, the characteristics of the students and the text restructure based on the teacher style.The fifth part combined with the specific class, expounds the practice process and the basic mode of text restructure.In the sixth part, the paper analyzes the effect of the implementation of the text restructure, and summarizes the structure of the text.
