The humanistic care for teachers is mainly reflected in the two aspects: teacher’s material needs and spiritual needs. The material needs for teachers is mainly for the teacher’s salary, care of teachers’ quality of life, social status, social dignity as well as the subjectivity of the show. The spiritual needs for teachers mainly reflects the teachers’ self development, the development of their own value and potential, the perception and experience of their own life value and the pursuit of excellence. Through surveys and interviews, the majority of teachers are in the passive development, teachers are eager to get concern, recognition and support. Teachers have been in a state of stress and competition for a long time, which brings heavy psychological burden to teachers, and leads to teachers’ burnout and disappearance of happiness. This paper mainly from two aspects to analyze the relationship between the humanistic care and the development of teachers:(1) humanistic care and teachers’ professional development;(2) humanistic care and the shaping of teachers’ personality.
