Incentives play a more and more important role in many fields in today’s society,and its important position increasingly highlighted.The current high school class management tends to be the exam-oriented education, and teachers lack of appreciation education to the students.In addition, high school teachers and students are facing great pressure,therefore, in the class management,many of the class teachers just take a simple or crude way such as criticism punishment.The management style will have a negative impact on students’ physical and mental development in the long term.Based on this situation,the implementation of incentives is particularly urgent in the high school class management. In the high school class management, the scientific and reasonable use of incentive strategies is in favor of the class management work orderly, and is good to provide a better service to achieve the education teaching goal.In the literature analysis method,the thesis carries on the comb summary of the present situation of incentive theory in the research of this subject at home and abroad,and defines the related core concepts.The research,with the F middle school,H city,Anhui province as an object of investigation,understands the high school class teachers’ and the students’ understanding of incentives and the application of incentive strategies in high school class management in the questionnaire investigation and observation method.Through the in-depth analysis and interpretation of the questionnaire and students mind diary, the author finds the existed problems of the incentive strategies using in high school class management, and then put forward the corresponding suggestions.
