Incentive theory plays a more and more important role in many fields in today’s society,and its important position increasingly highlighted in the field of primary school teacher management. Currently some malignant phenomenon often appear in our teaching staffs. Some teachers complain about their work every day.They complain that the salary is too low to meet their demand. They complain that the students’ ability is too poor to teach. Some teachers are lazy and lack enthusiasm for work, still other teachers muddle through their duties and don’t take work seriously.These teachers often disappear without a trace after class, busy with other business rather than work. Based on this situation, the implementation of incentive theory to improve the ability of teachers, to ensure the normal operation of education, to achieve the dual effect of educational value and social value is very important.The research,with the Primary School Teachers of SuQian, JiangSu Province as an object of investigation,sum up the factors that affect teachers’ incentive by using management theory, literature review, interviews and questionnaires based on the results of previous studies. And the incentive factors are classified according to the Content-Based Incentive Theory and RENWEI Incentive Theory. Through the questionnaire of important degree of teachers incentive factors, and the questionnaire of teachers incentive satisfaction, a questionnaire survey is conducted to Primary School Teachers of SuQian, JiangSu Province and the data obtained are analyzed by SPSS20.0.Then the conclusion are obtained: teachers’ preference to incentive factors,the differences of incentives factors between the teachers with different background,incentive factors of satisfaction of teachers. Finally, some suggestion for primary school teachers’ incentive management are put forward according to the obtained conclusion.
