In the new times,the education of middle school students should always take the achievement of students' all-round development as anaim and regard it as its own task to cultivate middle school students qualified with innovative spirit and the ability of developing personality.In contemporary,middle school students have updated thinking and serious rebel psychology,so their rebel psychology will be aroused under a repressive management mode.Since the class is the main place for middle school students to participate in all kinds of activities including their education,the mode of class management will have a serious impact on the growth of middle school students.The implementation of class self-management can make middle school students develop more healthily and roundly.Students no longer play the role of being suppressed and managed in the class but the master of class management.Through arranging their own life and making their learning plan independently,students will weaken their rebel psychology to a large extent and feel happy and relaxed in class and life,and the relationship between teachers and classmates will become harmonious.Besides,while improving students' ability of the self-examination,selfgovernance and communicating with others,they will make a long-term plan for their studies and lives.However,at present,there are still many problems in the class selfmanagement of middle school students.The field survey was conducted in Yangchun X middle school in this research.Firstly,starting from the related background,this paper sets forth the background,status quo,purpose,methods and significance of the class selfmanagement.Secondly,through literature review,it summarizes the research conditions at home and abroad and the theories of class self-management,including the concept of self-management,class management and the analysis of connotation and the significance of class self-management to the physical and mental development of middle school students.Thirdly,by adopting literature,questionnaire and interview methods,the field survey was conducted in Yangchun X middle school,which found out the problems of middle school students' class self-management at present.Forexample the effect of students' self-management organization is not ideal,class activities are not good,students have low will and ability to manage them,middle schools exist loss of self-management evaluation,and most teachers lack the ability to implement class self-management and so on.Fourthly,according to the investigation situation of middle school students' class self-management,this thesis explores the problem at present as well as the reasons for these problems,and also deeply analyzes the external and internal influence on the middle school students' class selfmanagement,which aims to proposes the thinking to strengthen the middle school students' class self-management,and explores and practices the construction of the class self-management system of the middle school students.This study believes that the effective students' self-management shall be cultivated from the four perspectives of students,teachers,school and family.In terms of students,they should foster their own ability of the self-management and the awareness of cooperation.As for teachers,their ability of self-management shall be improved by combining learning with practice,and the evaluation of selfmanagement shall be attached importance to.With regard to schools,a class selfmanagement and supervision mechanism shall be established,and the concept of actively organizing the practical activities shall be changed.In the aspect of families,the active communication and cooperation shall be carried out with schools.
