| At present, the primary and secondary schools of the information construction has been given increasing importance under the national education policy and guidance, as well as increasing investment for it: from the construction and introduction of hardware facilities of school information technology to the construction of the campus network, the information technology training for primary and secondary school teachers, the digital resources acquisition, the integration of information technology and curriculum and so on. The realization of information technology is not only a simple technical problem, and the attitude of individual users towards technology, but a process of combination and interaction between technology and organization, technology and environment.The introduction and application of information technology in primary and secondary schools has been gradually universal, in the meanwhile, allows us to pay more attention to the problem of the practical application after is introduced into the school and the degree of acceptance by the school. However, the school of information technology absorption varies greatly. Therefore, the author thinks that it is necessary to study systematically the influence of these factors, to explore each factor on the acceptance of information technology in primary and secondary schools, that is, to make school as an organization. From the organizational level to do research, from the three dimensions of technology, organization and environment to study the influence factors of absorbing information technology in primary and middle school. Put forward some corresponding countermeasures scientifically in order to find the right way to promote the development of school education informationization.In this study, literatures were researched firstly. After reviewing the literatures about relevant technical acceptance and absorption, the popularization and application effect on the research of information technology at home and abroad, aiming to understand the previous studies on the research focus, research methods, research ideas of organizational technology absorption. The studies of influence factors organizational technology absorption were mainly clarified, in the hope of providing theories to refer.Secondly, the toe(technology-organization-environment) framework are discussed systematically. The research status in the information system was analyzed and introduced to school information technology absorption in the field of education area. The theoretical model of the influence factors on the school information technology absorption is to be constructed and the research hypothesis was proposed according to the theory.Thirdly, the empirical research was carried on by the questionnaire survey method. Through the research and analysis of technology adoption and school technology extension scale, combined with the characteristics of information technology in this study, the influence factors of information technology in primary and secondary schools were designed. The questionnaires were distributed and recovered, and the reliability and validity, correlation and regression analysis of the questionnaire were analyzed with SPSS17.0.At last, through the analysis of the questionnaire, the conclusion of the research is summarized. It is suggested that the relative advantages of technology should be fully taken into account in the process of information technology in schools, and the ease of use of information technology should be paid attention to in the introduction and adoption of technology. To improve the school leadership’s understanding of the concept of educational information, the school should increase the stock of IT knowledge and the government should put forward the policy to promote and support the education information and other aspects of the relevant recommendations. |
