The teaching method is divided into different groups according to the students’learning situation, and according to the different groups of students to assign appropriate learning objectives, to impose different teaching methods, combined with the difficulty of appropriate exercises and assignments, and finally to evaluate the teaching method with different standards.This research mainly aims at the existence of polarization and the majority of students think that the physical discipline is difficult to learn in the third grade students, and it is difficult to solve the teaching problems in the third grade. Based on the idea of the new curriculum and pedagogy "recently the idea of development zones" theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, Babanski teaching optimization theory, teaching students according to their aptitude of instructional design. Look forward to improve the students’interest and enthusiasm in physics review, to help students master their own learning methods, improve the efficiency of Physical Review, and to develop students’ ability to review their own learning.This study mainly uses the experimental method, to take the "test design model", the twenty-fifth middle school in Tianjin City, the nine grade two parallel classes as the research object, the basic state of the two parallel classes are roughly the same, the results are quite similar, respectively, as the experimental class and the control class. According to the test results of the nine grade, the final exam and the final exam, the test method is feasible.The results show that the teaching effect of the teaching method in junior high school physics is significant, and the results are consistent with the expected results. It is beneficial to improve the students’ learning interest and confidence in the review of the physical review, and it is beneficial to improve the students’subjective initiative, and to improve the learning efficiency.
