| Entrepreneurial activity has become the main driving force to promote China’s economic and social development. College students receive formal schooling education for a long time, thus having a lot of human capital. They supposed to be active in entrepreneurial activities as the main force, however, The reality is college students have low willingness to start a business and low rate of entrepreneurship. The most fundamental reason is that college students lack of knowledge about the enterprise. The paper argues that college students’ social network, namely stable relation network composed by their social networks, which is the key source to get more entrepreneurial knowledge: due to college students’ finite knowledge,must draw support from individual social network, through experienceã€cognitiveã€practice learning method to transfer knowledge,information and provide emotionalã€material support to college students, and make up the insufficient experience,knowledge and skills.Currently academic circle, obviously insufficient the entrepreneurial learning and interdisciplinary research in the field of social networks and entrepreneurship theory,also lack of empirical research on the college students’ entrepreneurial learning process.In response to above problems, the paper study around the key theme: college students according to the different characteristics of social network,how to choice the appropriate entrepreneurial learning styles to influence the knowledge acquisition. By studying a large numbers of literature and drawing on relevant literature,based on social network theory,adopt the common maturity scale, use four dimension:social network scopeã€centralityã€heterogeneity and closeness to measure students’ individual social work. Based on entrepreneurial learning theory, theory of knowledge acquisition,build a concept model,which take the entrepreneurial learning styles as an intermediary variable, probe into college students’ social network how to influence knowledge acquisition. Propose specific hypotheses, and through questionnaires,received 356 valid data,Application SPSS21.0 software then do correlation analysis,The main research conclusions:(1)College students’ three styles of entrepreneurial learning play an partial intermediary role during college students’ social network’s influence on knowledge acquisition.But experience learning styles’ negative intermediary role has not been verified, the reason may be college students can’t be separated from the material and emotional support.(2) College students who have strong relationship, high center degree social network tend to choose experience learning style to acquire knowledge. College students who have wide range and high heterogeneity social network tend to choose cognitive learning style to acquire knowledge. As to practice learning style, college students who have strong relationship have a significant influence on knowledge acquisition.(3)College students three entrepreneurial learning style, include experiential learning 〠cognitive learning and practice learning have significant positive effect on the knowledge acquisition, among which cognitive learning play an important role.Aiming to the above conclusion, the paper propose the following recommendations:(1)College students should maintain and expand existing social network, access to abundant entrepreneurial knowledge.(2)College students should seek the matching between social network feature and entrepreneurial learning styles,improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition.(3)Colleges and universities,government and the society should provide enough support to college students’ entrepreneurial learning,provide more hands-on learning opportunities,create a good atmosphere and set up cognitive learning model.principal component analysis, statistical multiple regression analysis to test theproposed hypothesis. |
