In recent years, the concept of leisure life in China is gradually spread. In 2013, the state promulgated the "outline of national tourism and leisure(2013- 2020)", the development of leisure business up to the strategic level, leisure business is on the right track, people should establish a positive and healthy leisure concept. At present, to participate in leisure sports activities and the use of new media is the main leisure people. Then, in the era of new media, new media and how to coordinate the relationship between people of leisure and sports activities, the two will help to improve the user’s subjective well-being has become a concern. In this regard, this study will be based on the social cognitive theory as the theoretical specification, leisure and sports activities, new media and subjective happiness sense for establishing links between, explore new media users’ participation in leisure sports activities arising from the emotional changes. This is based on the social cognitive theory can by combining the inner psychological and external conditions, the integration of the two variables: the new media and leisure sports, make its role in people’s emotional world, so the theoretical research on this topic has normative significance.In order to understand the influence of the new media and the participation in leisure sports activities on people’s subjective well-being, this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method, and uses mathematical statistical software to analyze the contents of the questionnaire. In this study, the impact of new media users’ participation in leisure sports activities on subjective well-being was analyzed. The corresponding processing based on the collected data, this paper draws a conclusion: 1, the new media and leisure sports activities as independent variables are able to influence people’s subjective sense of happiness. The factors of age, occupation, education level has an important influence on the new media users and media attention, and the use of gender on new media impact is relatively limited; the length of the movement, age, sport is an important factor affecting the subjective well-being. 2, new media users to participate in leisure sports activities will strengthen the subjective sense of happiness, this is because the two in enhancing social, no motivation on fit, enhance positive emotion to social identity and self pleasing way, strengthen the subjective sense of happiness. 3, excessive use of new media or participate in leisure sports activities will reduce the subjective well-being, the new media users should arrange mode and time of use of new media, the establishment of leisure sports scientific habit, keep moderate exercise intensity. |
