The Research Of Vocational Training Model On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Construction Industry

With the rapid industrialization and urbanization progress, the influx of rural surplus labor gradually formed a group with Chinese characteristics-migrant workers. Since the development of the time, the majority in 1980 after the birth of the new generation of migrant workers are in the work of the first line at this stage. Reform and opening up 30 years, the biggest pain is the problem of migrant workers. Construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, the employment of migrant workers to receive, co-ordination and rural development plays an important role. According to statistics, more than 95% of the construction workers are migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers has become the main construction workforce of the future. Currently, the lack of vocational skills construction in new generation of migrant workers, uneven, there are many non-standard behavior of the construction and safety problems, a direct impact on the quality of construction products, it is difficult to meet the development requirements of the building industry modernization, industrialization, has been far from meeting competition in the construction industry’s needs. In this context, by understanding the new generation of migrant workers and the older generation of migrant workers with the new demands, aspirations and problems in vocational training, better to complete the training,It is great significance and promotional value for the early realization of migrant workers to the industrial workers and the conversion biilding industry modernization.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, research status and research content and research methods. The second part includes a second and third chapters, focuses on training of migrant workers related concepts and theoretical foundation, Carding experience and practice of vocational training in foreign developed countries, and summarizes domestic migrant workers training models from the running mode of operation, organizational management, organizational models and other aspects of teaching. The third part includes the fourth and fifth chapters, it is the focus of this study. Firstly, analysis the status of the new generation of migrant workers vocational training through a questionnaire survey, including the basic situation, problems and causes of the new generation of building migrant workers vocational training. Secondly,By Dualistic Logistic regression model for the new generation of building migrant workers training affecting factors empirical analysis. In addition, the proposed basic principles of the new generation of building migrant workers vocational training mode selection, from the legal system construction, funding, management mechanisms, training evaluation four aspects to explore the new generation of migrant workers training system building, as proposed according to migrant workers Multi collaboration main training mode, to assist the body in a pluralistic composition, function orientation and training process perspectives are analyzed, and finally the subject of a Multi-collaborative training model put forward three proposals.
