The reverse effect of language testing refers to the effect of testing on language teaching, which can be divided into positive and negative effects. This article refers to the reform of the college entrance examination after English is the State Council promulgated the "opinions on deepening the reform of the system of examination and enrollment" after the college entrance examination in September 4, 2014. After the reform of the college entrance examination in English from the second half of 2014 to Shanghai city and Zhejiang Province as the pilot began to implement. The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze the effect of the college entrance examination after a new round of reform on the high school English teaching. From 1978 since the resumption of college entrance examination, the college entrance examination in English as a large, important, national college entrance examination, after thirty years of continuous reform and development, has formed a relatively complete mature English test mode. Because it is related to the future of each candidate, college entrance examination English has always been the focus of attention of the whole society, for its impact is the focus of many domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of test.The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the reform of college entrance examination English on English Teaching in senior high school based on the results of the research on the effect of language testing on teaching. In particular, it is to study the effect of college entrance examination English reform measures and its effect on English Teaching in senior middle school, and to play a positive role in high school English teaching. In the present study, three research methods are used. Were investigated by questionnaire, classroom observation and interview. The questionnaire is from questionnaires in a random sample of 20 students from whom had just attended the 2015 college entrance examination in June, classroom observation object is are learning English for high school students.
