| The distance training which is regarded as a new form of teachers’ training can not only help to improve the teachers’ theory level, but can also promote the teachers’ professional development. With the application of technique to education, the distance training has become to be one of the most important forms of teachers’ training. In order to achieve the further development of teachers’ distance training, all districts have increased investment in human resource, material resource as well as financial resource. As a result of that, the distance training has got a certain achievements in recent years. But because of both the subject and object reasons, there are still some problems we can not ignore during the implementation of the distance training.This paper bases on the teachers who take part in the entire staff-oriented distance education for the teachers’ in primary and middle Schools in Qinhuangdao, and design the questionnaire in aspects on teachers’ situation, the content, method, as well as evaluation and feelings of the training. Meanwhile, interview method is also used in this paper. According to interview the people closely relented to the entire staff-oriented distance education for the teachers’ in primary and middle schools and the results of questionnaire, the paper expounds problems such as pay little attention, problems in management and evaluation and so on. To be effective and solve the problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects on improving cognition, improvement of management mechanism, improving the method of training as well as perfect the evaluation. |
