An Investigation Of Primary And Secondary Schools Teachers’ Education And Technical Training In Hailar

With the development of multimedia technology and network technologyin the education information, the mode of education and teaching has changed.As the execution of classroom teaching, the educational technology abilitylevel of teacher has become more and more important. Whether teachers canunderstand and use educational technology is the key to promote educationinformation. Therefore, teachers’ training is the implementation of priorityamong priorities information engineering education.The investigation object of this paper is the primary and secondaryschools full-time teachers in Hailar District. In the earlier research the authorreviewed lots of literature to get more information. The author hasquestionnaired,interviewed and retrievaled of data of the teachers who haveparticipated in educational technology training. The author has also carried onthe investigation of the educational technology training of teachers in Hailardistrict. Based on the questionnaire and interview, the educational technologytraining in Hailar District is analyzed. Thinking that the training ofeducational technology in Hailar area mainly has the following problems:Educational technology has not been highly valued, the lack of teachingresources; Simple training mode, the training content without the pertinence;The lack of scientific evaluation; lack of training and follow-up support.According to the investigation and analysis of the educational technologytraining of teachers in Hailar district, Combined with the local situation, theauthor put forward to some comments and suggestions to strengthen theeducational technology training in Hailar District: Changing the concept ofeducation; strengthening the construction of teaching resources; Choosing flexible training mode and applicable content; establishing a scientific andeffective evaluation system; developing effective measures for the teacher tocreate good environment and subsequent.Through this investigation, I have a deeper understanding and awarenessof educational technology ability in Hailar District teachers’ training and canprovide effective reference for strengthening the training of teachers’educational technology ability in Hailar district.
