The Development Of Dynamic Model Of Biological And Designs Of Teaching Fragment Based On Single Chip Microcomputer

Model is common in our life,model is also often used in the teaching, Biological model often usually including physical model, mathematical model, structure model, etc. Simulation model is the model which express by running on a computer program. Part of the physical model, mathematical model and structure model can change into the simulation model when combination with the appropriate simulation language or program. The biological dynamic model mentioned in this article is the simulation model actually changed by the physical model and structure model combined with the computer program. We combined with the actual conditions of model development, roughly defined Biological dynamic model like this:Through certain electronic components We use the controllable dynamic change model to express various dynamic phenomena in biological body through certain electronic components combining with computer program.In the Ordinary high school biology curriculum standard (experiment), The specific requirements of the model appeared in the knowledge goals, and lists three biology models which are needed to be established in the teaching activities, and adviced using the models to develop curriculum resources, also highlighted pay attention to the relationship between disciplines.And The Next Generation Science Standards also specially emphasised on Science and Engineering Practice and Crosscutting Concepts, and specified to development and use the model in the specific targets. So this paper mainly describes the development of Biological dynamic model.The softwares required to develop the Biological dynamic model are Keil uVision3 and Proteus 7 Professional.Using the model to do the teaching activities mainly based on five theory, including dell’s theory of the tower of experience, Memory coding theory, Piaget’s cognitive development theory, advance organizer theory, Interest and motivation theory.The development of biological dynamic model of this time mainly involves a few knowledge points with dynamic process in High School Biology Book of People’s Education Press,including Viruses Infect Host Cells, the Synthesis and Transport of Secretory Protein, Protein Synthesis Process, Nerve Conduction of Reflex Arc and Cynapse, Transmission of Excitement on the Nerve Fibers. The development of each model are included four parts:the analysis of the related content in the textbooks, the design analysis, Circuit diagram design,the design of microcontroller programming. And we do the teaching design Combined with the textbook.There are a number of insufficients in The biological dynamic model development,such as the model is not enough beautiful, the teaching practice is insufficient and so on. So late work will be main point to further improvement of the model and using the mode in to teaching practice.
