During the new round of geography curriculum standard revision, basing on the Moral man guiding ideology,the disciplinary literacy training direction has been defined. The cultivation of geography practical ability coordination between people and soil, regional awareness and integrated thinking tied to geography core literacy were listed as core subjects accomplishment.The dominant position of students and the experiencing learning process are emphasized. The geographic assignment system, that is called practical system,is an extension of classic teaching,which has become critical link of training students geographic practice. However, affected by exam-oriented education, education concept of educators and educatees, school teaching environment and other factors, the domestic assignment system can not meet the need of cultivating core literacy of the students.The main troubles are insufficient design consciousness of assignment, emphasising on rigid geographic training too much, lacking of visual assignment objective, lacking of practicality, development, job design inquiry, blurring assignment implementation process, implementation assignment weakened form of a single job evaluation, etc., which lead to high school geographic assignment system lagged behind the overall pace of the new curriculum reform.This article is a study on the basis of comparative research status at home and abroad for geography practical ability and geographical assignment system analysis through literature reading. Designing and implementing of a questionnaire survey to understand current situation of high school geographic assignment system.Compare high school geographic assignment between China and United States based on object-oriented module from the job, the job of the main design module, jobs the implementation of the job evaluation modules and module four perspectives.On the basis of absorbing the advantages of the design and implemention of America assignment system, combine with domestic high school current issues,the principles of geographic literacy practices capacity assignment system is put forward:designed for the task, life, personalized, real-time, migration and emotional, and illustrated, basing on taking geographic practice capacity five typical job training ("interpret blueprints, with map "type job, hands-on type of job, social investigative work, geographical study type jobs, research-type work) for example and put forward the implementation strategy of high school geographic assignment system, design a high school geographic assignment system based on improving geographic practice capacity. this research has practical significance to improving students geographic practice, the transforming of the assignment of teachers and perfecting geography assignment system.
