Case teaching is a kind of targeted, targeted teachers guide students to explore the specific case methods of teaching. It has a unique sprout and grow in the field of education history. Biology is a closely contact with life since the hot subject, theoretical knowledge is more abstract, if can use case teaching can play a good teaching effect. Because the case for students to create a concrete’s situation, can stimulate students’ interest in learning, and try to guide teachers and students by discussing questions, solve problems and build the system knowledge. Case teaching can meet the demands of new curriculum reform of the student as the main body, teacher as the guide.In order to better the case teaching in high school biology teaching has more system research, this paper refer to the way, for domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis of the case teaching systematic understanding; Combining with teaching practice elaborated the case teaching process; In the actual case teaching in biological teaching experiments, selected two classes, case teaching and traditional teaching respectively, to take the feasibility analysis of case teaching in high school biology teaching, put forward the thinking and discussion. By the analysis of experimental results, the case teaching with traditional teaching in terms of knowledge there is no difference, but in the student’s ability training and use of knowledge and skills, case teaching has played a very important role. Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey analysis, found that students who is very interested in the case teaching, is generally believed that case teaching can improve their for biological discipline study interest.Case teaching has the certain difficulty, but its teaching effect is obvious, therefore is worth promoting. Hope to improve the biological teaching with the aid of the research, teachers’ attention to the case teaching, at the same time can render high school biology curriculum reform to the best of his own.
