As times change, society changes, people’s living pressure by larger, psychological problems become the focus of attention. In recent years, there are a lot of research shows that "younger" trend of students more and more obvious psychological problems, psychological problems related to education should be the primary focus of staff. The concept of the new curriculum students that:Individual all-round development of students, students’ growth needs human care. Psychological quality is an important quality overall development of students, psychological impact on students play potential, the ability to show the development of student life has an important meaning meeting.Since the late 1990s, the Ministry of Education issued a document. In recent years, China’s vigorous development of mental health education, mental health education but there are also some problems, and the presence of regional differences, regional differences and therefore research is necessary.The study found that mental health education in Tieling City has made some achievements, but there are the following problems:(1) Tieling City Department of Mental Health Education Organizations need to gradually improve the management system;(2) Many the number of teachers, but the lack of mental health education professional personnel;(3) The school has set up mental health education classes, but the poor quality of the actual class;(4) Mental health education resources are scarce, and uneven urban and rural development;(5) Evaluation of mental health education, "the city in various forms, in the form of a single school."In this paper, the problems put forward suggestions to improve:(1) Strengthen the teaching staff, the establishment of a professional psychological education primary school workforce;(2) Strengthening primary mental health education organization and leadership, improve the work system and evaluation system;(3) To strengthen the status of the main front of the classroom, carried out in the form of a rich mental health education;(4) Improve ideas, strengthening the hardware facilities, with emphasis on rural mental health education.
