Problems of educational development play a decisive role in the overall coordination of social economy and sustainable development. The construction of teaching team is one of the content of quality engineering in education and teaching, is the guarantee of the development of education and important support strength.February 2007, The Ministry of Education pointed out the construction of teaching team, training the sustainable development of teaching team is also an important measure for construction of Teachers in<<On Further Deepening the Reform of Undergraduate Teaching to Improve the Teaching Quality of a Number of Opinions>>(quality engineering). Since the promulgation and implementation of quality engineering, universities and colleges of our country have promoted vigorously the construction of teaching team. A plenty of colleges and universities have emerged a large number of excellent teaching team. These teaching team contributed the tremendous strength in construction of economic and society for our country, delivered and trained a large number of outstanding talents for every field of our country. But in practice, these teaching team are uneven, the internal division of labor some teaching teams is not clear, innovative features Business show is not enough. Some lack the system security and team culture which is conducive to team formation and development; Some lack teaching team leader, innovation ability is not worth; Some is lack of effective communication between members, showed the problem of lack of execution at the completion of team goals. Within the team and the team with the external environment often cause conflict which is inadvertently for team, this affected greatly the progress of work of the whole teaching team.But all of these problems are due to good policy without good execution and occur kinds of unexpected conflict in the process of policy implementation.The problem of teaching team construction has become an important research subject in our country colleges and universities which is to improve their human resource management and allocation. This paper starts from the construction of teaching team in the underground of "quality project", focusing on the process of development of the teaching team executive force and conflict resolution problem, drawing the relevant experience beneficial by comparison with the team and foreign teaching team in Enterprises. Based on the basic principle of the Marx doctrine argument, Mao Zedong on contradiction, studied on the theory of Western management science, trying to find a macro, persistent, long method on the aspect of culture which can condensed teaching team member centripetal force, improve the operating conditions of the teaching team, advance the teaching the whole ability of the team. The method has practical value on the specific problem solving theory in teaching team construction of our country and conflict analysis of the practice of the management team.
