As an organization,school is composed of different members in the interaction,including students,teachers,administrators,and leaders.Among these different members,most of them may have different personalities,values,needs,and behaviors,so the interactions between them are very complex.Inevitably,various conflicts and conflicts will arise in the course of their interaction.With the diversified development of education and the popularization of personality development concepts,it is more easily to cause the school conflicts.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the causes and problems of conflicts through research,and formulate the ways and strategies for resolving conflicts based on the actual situations of conflicts,so that the crisis caused by the conflict can be resolved.Identifying the causes and problems caused by school conflicts and making good use of management strategies are the best ways to resolve school conflicts,promote the quality of organizational decisions,and inspire all members to work together to create a dynamic learning environment.There are many reasons to cause organizational conflicts,and the types of organizational conflicts are also diverse.Usually,the factors of interest,sparse resources,and differences in values are the basic causes of conflicts.In particular,group interdependence,differences in goals,and differences in perceptions are the main factors which can cause conflicts between individuals and groups.However,due to the particularity of the school,the study of conflicts must be based on the actual analysis of the school.According to the investigation of conflicts in the H school,we know that the frequency of conflicts in H schools is relatively low.The main causes of conflicts are role communication problems and target&task problems.The most used conflict management modes are cooperative and compromised,then followed by the avoidance type and the adjustment type,and the competitive processing methods are the least used methods.In terms of management methods,school members generally believe that the communication,improvement of school management mechanisms,and the formation of a good working atmosphere are effective conflict management methods.According to the results of the investigation,it can be found that the school members' inadequate understanding of conflicts,single conflict management methods,and unscientific school management models are the practical problems which may exert unfavorable effects on H school's conflict management.Therefore,this article proposes some suggestions for the problems.Specific strategies include:updating awareness and improving literacy,in other words,school members must establish a correct understanding of conflict and improve individual quality;reducing communication barriers and improve communication effects,including smooth communication channels,adjust ways to communicate,and provide communication tutorials for the school members,make good use of positive communication;forming a harmonious campus atmosphere and improving the effectiveness of conflict resolution which requires the creation of a common vision,reducing cultural differences,and using negotiating cooperation to reduce the school members' negative emotions;enhancing the effectiveness of the management approaches,that is to say,school administrators must enable school members to clarify the powers and responsibilities of the work,protect members' legitimate rights and interests,flexibly implement management rules,so that achieve fair management,and make good use of positive leadership,and it is important to make reasonable use of informal organizations to assist in the schools' managements.
