| The executive forces of principal are comprehensive embodiment onschool management and their ability of self-developing. Its influencefactors include the school management environment, their owncharacteristics and others. The various influence factors in the principal’sexecutive power, which are demonstrated by the weight, are not balanced.So far, the research of executive power in school management is focusingon the permeability of all aspects. While the principal as a personalizedadministrator, the specific analysis on influence factors in special schoolenvironment and personalized management of principal’s development, isthe main area on the research of principal’s executive power in the latterdays.In this study, we took principal Li as a case and the secondary schoolmanagement in the border county as an example, its main purpose is toexplore the lacking reason and tactics of principal executive force insecondary school in the border county. To using the clues, we hoped tofind the main influence factors, and the next developing step clues whichcan stimulate our school management. This research is mainly around onborder county secondary school, aiding with the qualitative researchingmethods in the process of researching, such as the observation anddocumentary analysis, interviewing methods, etc. Based on the large number of first-hand research materials, through the joint efforts ofprincipal, teachers and students, we expect to find the real lacking factorsof executive, and to lay a solid foundation to make principal managementbetter in the border county in Tibet later.Through the study, we got the following conclusions:1. It presses for actual solutions on the principal executive power inTibetan minority areas. It needs to search out a suitable way to adopt thelocal school management and actual effective developing tactics.2. There exists a close relationship between the principal executivepower and its own qualities.3. The principal executive power is a kind of continuous developingthing in process of actual execution and management in the real schoolingenvironment.4. There are different difficulties laying in researching process on theexecution of the principal in Tibet minority region.To better serve for the research on principal execution forces, wetake the principal executive forces research in the border county in Tibetas the main contents so as to enhance the principal’s abilities ofcontingency and adaptability in school management. We combined thepreliminary results of this study with the relating materials, and putforward some rough Suggestions as the followings:1. strengthen the training purpose of the principal executive forces, so as to promote the principal executive forces as a professionaldevelopment.2. Perfect the principal management system, so as to improve theeffect on execution.3. Strengthen to establish the external supporting environmentaround the school management system.4. Establish the research incentive mechanism, thus to build a bridgeto exchange the significant experiences and cooperate with schools ininland for maintaining the continuous developing stimulating forces ofsecondary school in border county in Tibet. |
