Action Research On The Transformation Of Students’ Bad Moral Character In The Secondary Vocational School Studengts’ Psychological Counseling

In recent years, the moral education in school education has become a worldwide problem, especially in the secondary vocational school. 80% of secondary vocational school students have different degrees of badmoral issues. This study uses action research, questionnaire survey, interview survey and literature review to analyze the psychological counseling model of secondary vocational school students can play a positive and effective role in the transformation of students’ bad character.For the purpose, in the analysis of the psychological factors of the formation of secondary vocational students’ bad character, including unhealthy personal needs, negative emotional experience, abnormal interpersonal relations and bad habits, etc., according to the steps and methods of action research, carefully designed to meet the conditions of the emotional and interpersonal group counseling program. Through the layers of the counseling program, according to the feedback of evaluation and interview, finally found the group psychological counseling for the reduction or elimination of the psychological factors of the formation of secondary vocational students’ bad moral character has a greater positive effect. The emotional problems of the students of bad moral character have been greatly relieved, and the interpersonal relationship is also harmonious. Group psychological counseling provided to the students in the psychological experience of space, so that they form a good moral empathy. Through this study, we have demonstrated that group counseling is especially suitable for the treatment of emotional problems and poor interpersonal relationship, and then promote the transformation of students’ bad moral behavior. Through the research, the research promotes the education system of the secondary vocational education system to reflect on the moral education idea and the education method.In this paper, the psychological counseling of secondary vocational school students in the transformation of bad moral character of the action research, through a complete group of psychological counseling training, the emotional problems of bad moral character has been greatly eased, interpersonal relationship is also more harmonious. Through the literature search, questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, action research and other methods of statistical analysis, and finally come to the group psychological counseling for the transformation of students’ bad moral character has a positive effect. Future group psychological counseling will be towards the direction of the development of diversified cultural counseling and treatment, will become a new force in the future development of society. I believe that with the in-depth study, the group psychological counseling for vocational high school students’ bad moral character of the transformation will be a greater role, thus forming a complete theoretical system.
