With the development of society and progress, people’s ideas change dramatically, parents are also changing their consciousness, they gradually realize the importance of children’s education, giving more expectations to their children, treat the teacher more and more demanding. As is known to all, children’s education by the school or parents only unilaterally is hard to achieve, parents and teachers must work together to complete students’ education. For the junior middle school students, the mind is not mature, the parents and teachers’ cooperation is particularly important. But because of the difference of the two aspects and their own interests, the relationship between the teachers and parents is not developed in the right direction, there are some problems, and even conflict, teachers feel the parents are more and more tricky, teachers feel the pressure is more and more serious, it influences the harmony between the teachers and parents seriously, even affects the normal relationship between teachers and students. It also affects the physical and mental health of teachers. For teachers’ physical and mental health, for students’ healthy growth, society and schools should pay more attention to teachers’ stress status, ease teachers’ overweight stress; Parents should trust and respect teachers; The teacher should analyse the features of different parents, to handle the relationship between different types of parents correctly, find a way to deal with different parents to establish a real cooperative relationship with parents, promoting teaching work smoothly and relieving the stress in their work, make them work together to promote the healthy growth of children.In this paper, it is started from the related theories and research status at home and abroad, through a variety of ways,such as literature research, questionnaire survey, a large number of case analysis, interview and so on. Make a detailed and deep study of the relationship between junior middle school students’ parents and the stress of junior high school teachers. What kind of parents brought what kind of stress to teachers; What kind of teachers feel more and clear stress. What kind of parents bring more stress to teachers; Then analyses the reason of the pressure; At last, it puts forward the corresponding reduce pressure on the teachers.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter expatiates the background and significance, summarized the domestic and foreign related research about teachers’ pressure, introduces the research train of thought, object, method, etc.; The second chapter is the understanding of junior middle school teachers’ stress, including the definition of teachers’ stress, manifestations and universality; The third chapter, according to research results, analysing the types of teachers who feel the stress and the types of parents that bring stress; The fourth chapter analyses the causes of these stress;The fifth chapter, according to research,give some suggestions from society, school, parents and teachers to lessen teachers’ stress.
