Well-being is an important psychological evaluation index of measuring people’s life quality. University teachers are valuable wealth to China’s higher education, and the well-being of university teachers is the key factor of the development of education in our country. The well-being of university teachers marks the feelings of their psychology, life and work, etc, at the same time, it will also impact the students’ well-being. Therefore, to improve university teachers’ well-being is one of the important task of the development of education enterprise and the improvement of the quality of education. So, the author surveyed the teachers of some higher school in Liaoning province by questionnaire.In this study, the author use the theory of subjective well-being of positive psychology as the theoretical basis, draw on the experience of the design of related literature at home and abroad, and make a adjustment to the specific application scope and cultural adaptability, and combine with some teachers’ related interviews, then form the pre-test questionnaire, and through the pre-survey optimize variables to form the formal questionnaire to collect 1792 vilid samples.Then take use of the statistic sofewares of SPSS17.0and Mplus6.12 to analyze the quality reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Through exploratory and confirmatory structural equation model analysis, constructs the model of the influencing factors of university teachers’ well-being, and verify the validity of the models by multi cross validity.It is found that, the mental health, social relations and personal finance have a significant influence on university teachers’ well-being. From the analysis of demographic factors, age, job nature and marriage impact university teachers’ well-being. Finally, the author makes recommendations on improving the university teachers’ well-being, society should provide a favorable environment for the survival and development of university teachers, school management should be based on the teachers, teachers themselves should pursue and create happiness actively, through concerting the efforts of society, school and teachers themselves to improve the well-being of university teachers.
