As an important component of sports specialty curriculum system in comprehensive universities, special enhanced curriculum for track and fields plays an irreplaceable role in training of professional sports talents. Bring forth new ideas on teaching models of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields in comprehensive universities is significant for training of high-level skilled sports talents with professional knowledge and technical ability. This thesis adopted the methods of documentary analysis and expert interview and questionnaire survey, studied current situations of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields in seven comprehensive universities such as Beijing Normal University,East China Normal University,Hunan university,Jilin University,Nanjing University,Beijing Sports University,Jilin Institute of Physical Education, proposed innovative measures of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields of sports specialty curriculum system in comprehensive universities.Through the research, the following conclusions can be made:1.Research reveals that the teaching objectives of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields of sports specialty in comprehensive universities emphasis on training of students motor skills, not scientific and lack of integrity and development. Teaching contents emphasis on training of special skills, not combined with cutting edge knowledge of track and fields, is short of study on theories and methods of track and fields. Teaching method is too simple,not equipped with modern techniques.The method and subject is simple, teaching evaluation is not comprehensive.2.The teaching objectives of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields of sports specialty in comprehensive universities are constraint by traditional teaching ideas.The professional qualities of teacher need to be improved.The social demand put forward new demand for teaching method of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields.The improvement of teaching technology is slow.3.Based on above knowledge, this thesis proposed innovative measures on objectives, contents, methods and evaluation of special enhanced curriculum for track and fields of sports specialty in comprehensive universities. Teaching objectives should according to individual overall development and social demand.Teaching contents need to be enriched and determined by various stakeholders.Fitness and learn from professional teams and mechanical analysis need to be added.Modern teaching methods such as discussion and self-learning and open learning need to be applied. Evaluation criterion of teaching need to be shifted from single one to multiple ones.
