On Exploring Of The Formation Of Orchestra In The Rural Primary Schools

Nowadays, the whole society is promoting quality education, schools also rethink about it, in order to play a leading role for students. Thus the development of all kinds of interest activities in the campus became to flourish, one of which is the school orchestra.Based on the thought of setting up the orchestra in the rural primary school of Qingbai Primary School in Xinfan town, Xindu District, the author summarizes the process of the team of drums to the evolution of the orchestra. Through the investigation of the training process and the status quo, we see that although the difficulties of all aspects of constraints, as long as teachers and students work together, the rural children can also benefit from the elegant art in school, and they can even make many achievements in the competition.This topic is based on the pupil’s orchestra of the rural primary school, which is without any basis, and of great team member mobility as the research object. Throughout the process, not only the professional knowledge of the orchestra and the training teacher s’ easy-to-understand experience teaching are needed, the reasonable arrangement of the training time and consideration to the students’ life and psychological management during the training process are also indispensable, and many other aspects etc. By using the literature data method, questionnaire investigation method, comparative analysis method and combining with the actual situation, the author wants to share some opinions and suggestions about the rural primary school to form the band:(1) the choice of the players(2) the training time should be reasonablely arranged(3) the echelon construction. Then put forward a few personal training methods:(1) knowledge spectrum is a prerequisite;(2) perseverance and leading by example;(3) the patient guidance, ensuring everyone to pass;(4) the accumulation of track, promoting of experience.
