Kindergarten drama activities which conform to the need of art courses integration, along with the implementation of the art course standard into the kindergarten. Creative drama activities are becoming more and more popular with its creativity, flexibility and process. But at the same time, the researcher found that the development of children’s cognitive and motor skills is imperfect, which makes creative drama activities often need the guidance of teachers. However, due to the creative drama ascendant and inexperienced teachers, there are lots of problems in the practice of guidance of creative drama activities. It makes the study imminent to make full use to creative drama and to improve the level of teacher’s drama director.The research mainly use three methods: observation, interview and literature. It discussed the situation of the guidance of creative drama from the environment, teachers’ demonstration, activity rules, adaptation and implementation of the script and evaluation. And found some problems: First, environment creation tends to be more formal and lack of suitability; Second, it restricted the children’s creative play for chasing the standardization of the language movement; Third, teacher emphasizes management rules, which lead to the imprison of children’s freedom nature; Fourth, young children’s creative subjectivity is deprived for attaching great importance to the optimization of the script; The fifth, to meet the stiffness in the preset, activity generated is difficulty; Sixth, the standard and subject of evaluation is single and paying more attention to the result of the drama.Based on the analysis of the present situation, the research analyzed the factor which influence teacher’s guidance to creative drama: First, teacher factors, mainly including the concept of teachers, professional quality and faith, attitude and experience; Second, the characteristics of creative drama, mainly refers to the procedural, flexibility, openness and creativity; Third, the social aspect, mainly refers to the kindergarten assessment mechanism system and the physical environment of kindergarten. And on this basis, the article further to put forward the following suggestions to improve the level of teacher drama director: First, we should improve the teachers’ concept. Second, we should encourage teachers to carry out the action research. Third, we should enrich the experience of teachers’ guidance.
