Promoting students’ personality development is the ultimate goal of school education which include the school moral education, however, the current school moral education pay more attention to the unity and the generality,failed to play an important role in promoting the students’ individuality and uniqueness. This study is based on the Marxist concept of moral education and Existential moral education; try to find the possibility of promoting students’ personality from the relationship between school moral education and students’ personality development, so as to realize students’ personality development. This paper consists of four parts:The first part of the paper, summarizing the current situation of school moral education and the development of the student individuality school in domestic and foreign countries, analysis the key points and shortcomings of the research and development, and based on the reflection on the present study reference and guidance value.The second part of the paper, I will analysis the relationship of school moral education and students’ personality from the contradictory between the Marxist concept of moral education and the existential philosophy viewpoint of moral education, and come to the conclusion that school moral education can cultivate students’ personality which is acquired based on the common development.The third part of the paper, through the nature function of school moral education,moral education goal, the process of moral education, moral education method and the moral education management to analyze the relationship between the students’ individuality development based on the analysis of the composition of the students’ individuality, explore possibility between school moral education and students’ personality development.The fourth part of the paper, the paper expounds the feasibility of school moral education to realize students’ personality development. Including set moral education goal which fits students the existing moral cognition level; Providing various methods of moral education according to their aptitude; Meet the demand of diversity of thestudents’ individuality on the basis of providing students with a variety of model material; Promoting the development of students’ personality through creating the moral education environment; Promoting the transformation and unification of students’ knowledge and practice.
