Tourism has gone into the era of image economy, and the key factor of restictivey competition in tour market is to shape the tour image. A good tour image could motivate tourtists’ interest. Promote their motivation and finally decide to have a tourism. The ice and snow season in Harbin must highlight the characteristics. Base on the fact use the characteristic resources to make a direct position and cater to the actual demands of consumers and the development trend of the market. So we com creat an attractive ice and snow image with distinct personality. We often use the questionnaire survey to research the tour image. Though the questionnaire, we can understand the status of tour destination in the tourists so as to locate the tour destination accurately. But this method has some limitations. Because of the human and materical resources, the scope of the questionnaire survey is usually limited to a certain area, and the number of the samples is limited. So we couldn’t describe the tourists, characteristics accurately. But in recent years. With the popularity of the network and the development of computer technology,the content analysis of network travel notes and comments on the Internet have gradually become popular. This method overcomes the limitation of the geographical.Scope of the questionnaire survey. It com collect samples in a larger range and even the world. It is objectivity, systematic and quantitative analysis. Therefore, the results obtained are more direct and objective, ultimately promote the Harbin ice and snow image.Based on this research, the pauper uses the content analysis method and the questionnaire survey two kinds of methods, Through the comparation and analysis, the more influence factors of the tour image were extrateel. From the analysis results, the main factors influence the Harbin ice and snow tourism season are infrastructure, and them the service environment and tour image.
