The level of overall quality of the youth themselves determines a country’s future and hope. In the process of quality education, the school physical education plays an important role that other subjects can not replace. With the promulgation and implementation of sports "curriculum" by our country, It also provides a good opportunity for the comprehensive reform of the school physical education, the school physical education of our country on the basis of the traditional teaching theory has been gradually adjusting to comply with the development requirements of new era. In view of the development situation of present education, the research work of physical education teaching for longjiang county junior high school has a certain meaning. Through exploring the predicament faced by junior high school sports teaching in the reality, we should find the influence of the intrinsic factors and put forward effective suggestions and countermeasures, to provide theoretical reference for promoting the benign work of longjiang county high school sports teaching.This research mainly uses literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods. The research select for 41 physical education teachers, 408 students in 10 schools of longjiang county as the research object, Mainly from the sports teachers, physical education teaching contents, teaching methods, extracurricular sports activities, sports facilities, money, etc. the following conclusions get through the investigation and study:1.The curriculum’s implementation of the condition in longjiang county each junior high school is not optimistic, Although most of the physical education teachers can understand its connotation but often encounter a lot of confusion in the actual teaching process, the teaching effect is not ideal.2.A smaller number of the longjiang county junior high school physical education teacher overall and uneven distributed, Serious lack of part of the school physical education teachers, hinder the effective development of physical education teaching; Sports teacher’s whole structure be younger age, although the degree satisfies the requirement of national, but the title structure remains to be further perfect, the lack of senior title of professional physical education talent.3.The physical education teacher’s workload is big, and the treatment level is not high, this is also the cause of P.E. teachers scientific research ability is not strong one of objective factors, Superior leadership to this school sports teacher enough attention also to some extent affect the enthusiasm of their work, is not conducive to healthy development of school sports.4.The contents of the physical education teaching are more traditional in longjiang county junior high school, old-fashioned lack of innovative teaching method, teaching organization form a single, boring, unable to meet the needs of the students’ interests, And extracurricular sports activities time less than a week after school activity times is limited, the content set boring leads to effect is not ideal.5.The leadership for the development of the schools sports discipline concerned is insufficient, and used for lack of funds for the construction of sports, the most high school faces a shortage of sports venues, equipment and so on.
