Since twenty-first century, the network has become a part of human beings. It can not be ignored that it affects the human society and life. Therefore, we should blend in the society, adapt to the life at the same time, and make the most of such conditions to improve our life in the network environment. Of course, it also affects the development of China education. In school education of China, students, parents and schools are generally not pay more attention on the Political course. We are regarded as the minor. The effects of various factors, such as the traditional teaching mode, students’ active learning are not high. So, it is worth thinking and researching how these three aspects are combined effectively and how to cultivate students’ self-learning ability of the Political course under the network environment. It is also an important aspect of how to put this article in practice more effectively. This article mainly discuss from three aspects, such as the overview of the students’ self-learning ability of the Political course, the necessity of the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability of the Political course education under the network environment and the approach of the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability of the Political course under the network environment.The first part of this paper introduces the overview of students’ self-learning ability of Political course under the network environment. It introduces related concept of the network environment, the ability of self-study, self-study ability under the network environment and combined with the Political course. It has a simple introduction that the characteristics and methods of the related concepts of three parts and the combination. The purpose of this part is to provide the theoretical basis for the specific ways of cultivation in the third part by introducing the Political course, network environment and students’ self-study ability.The second part of this paper analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability of the Political course under the network environment. This part is based on the previous theoretical analysis, combined with the social reality and and reasons, discussing the teaching should adapt to new environment and use the network. That can not be ignored. It is of great significance to improve the students’ interest in the study of the Political course, and to carry out the reform of teaching. It is paved the way for teaching reform and improving students’ learning efficiency. The content of this research is more targeted.The third part of this paper is on the basis of the first part. It puts forward a way for solving the problems appeared in the second part. In this part, it analyzes the rational utilization of the network in the process, makes use of the positive factors to avoid the negative effects, emphasis on the role of the teacher in the process and focuses on the details of the refinement of the reasonable combination. In the end, the key point is putting on the connection of the network and student’ learning ability of the Political course. The implementation of these aspects is the focus and innovation of this paper. Cultivating the students’ self-study ability of students’ Political course under the network environment is conforming to the requirements of the times. To improve the quality of teachers’ requirements and students’ learning efficiency is the necessity of education reform.Studying on the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability of the Political course under the network environment is conforming to the requirements of the times. It is the necessity of improving the quality of teachers’ requirements, reforming education and improving student’ learning efficiency. Based on some literature, this study provides some valuable theoretical and practical references for future research in this area.
