With the development of computer technology and network communicationtechnology, web-based learning has been popular among many learners. Networkenvironment provides convenience for learners to pursuit deep learning, because of itsdiversified and efficient resource sharing, and information interaction. But there aresome problems in the learning process, for example, the unclear learning goals, thelacking help in learning procedure and insufficient evaluation and introspection,which make them still under the simple learning state and haven’t get good learningresults. Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to provide some strategies to supportdeep learning.This paper is based on using relevant studies at home and abroad for reference. Itanalyses the connotation and features of deep learning and supporting role played bynetwork environment. And it also discusses the theoretical basis of universitystudents’ deep learning under the network environment---constructive learning theory,information processing theory and interaction theory. On this basis, starting from thelearners’ cognitive process, this paper provide the realizing process of universitystudents’ deep learning.The paper analyses the current situation of university student’sdeep learning by means of questionnaire survey, and crystallizes the problems of theprocess of university students’ deep learning. Combining with the realizing process ofuniversity students’ deep learning, it presents that teachers should offer help tostudents from these five aspects which are listing as: learning goal setting, learningresources design, learning activity design, evaluation design and the support ofacademic help-seeking.What’s more, this paper raises a serial of tactics to promote thedeep learning of college students under network environment. Finally, taking theteaching design and apply section of teaching strategies in the course of systemteaching design as an example, it puts the strategies proposed by this paper intopractice.
