with the advent of the Internet age, massive information spewing and transfer of secondary vocational school students reading ability mprovement is facing the new situation. For the students, the Internet can meet the individual reading needs, but also can improve the reading ability, reading appreciation ability and creative thinking ability. However, the Internet vulgar text and bad information also seriously hindered the students’ reading ability, and even to the students’ physical and mental health has a negative impact.. Because of the lack of good reading habits, low reading level, and the teachers do not pay attention to, school, parents did not create a good environment, resulting in their reading ability is not ideal. At present, the training objectives of vocational school students of our country is in addition to have the skills to become a force in the future development of the motherland, but also should have higher cultural quality. This paper through the study of network environment of secondary vocational school students reading ability enhance the positive and negative influence analysis has its negative effects, that should be starting from the multiple dimensions of students, teachers, schools and parents, network of have the aid of positive factors, to eliminate the negative effects of negative factors, efforts to improve the vocational students’ Chinese reading ability, cultivate high-quality skilled talents for China.
