The disposition of kindergarten teachers refers to emotional attitude and moral quality which should be possessed by those teachers in teaching activities and driven by the inner psychological characteristics, education belief and value system. Kindergarten teacher’s disposition is different from their knowledge and ability, however, it is a kind of behavior which can be observed and assessed, reflecting the faith, attitude, emotion and moral standard of kindergarten teachers in preschool education work. Request for kindergarten teacher’s disposition is not only a necessary condition to ensure the development of children’s physical and mental health and to promote kindergarten teachers’specialization process, but also an essential element of nature and inner needs of preschool education.At present, domestic and foreign researches on teacher’s disposition are in a rapid development stage. It is found from literature analysis that the definitions of disposition in existing researches remain confused, standard construction of kindergarten teacher’s disposition is still a lack of empirical research and in-depth analysis. In addition, in the existing kindergarten teachers’ qualification examination, the evaluation of teacher’s disposition scattered in various test contents is optional and lack of quantifiable assessment standard and systemic way of assessment. Accordingly, this study attempts to clarify the connotation of the kindergarten teacher’s disposition, adopts the combination method of theoretical research and empirical research, strives to build the evaluation standard of kindergarten teacher’s disposition from the perspective of teachers’ qualification examinations and compile situational judgment test questionnaires of kindergarten teacher’s disposition, and then enriches theoretical research results of teachers’qualification examination and related theories of teachers’ professional development and propose a kind of new evaluation idea and method for kindergarten teachers’ qualification examination.This research mainly includes two stages:in the first stage, it clarifies the specific connotation and characteristics of kindergarten teacher’s disposition in this study, based on this, and then adopt empirical research on the evaluation indicators of kindergarten teacher’s disposition, carry on the theoretical derivation based on statistical analysis of obtained data and experts’opinions, apply comprehensive quantity and quality research methods, and finally build the structure model of kindergarten teachers’ disposition evaluation index system, which specifically contains three dimensions.1.Work attitude:interested in work, enterprising, professional confidence, steadfast, multi-slacking, willing to learn;2.Attitude towards the children:tolerant, caring, attentive, equal, patient and responsible;3.Interpersonal communication:unity, compassion, sincere, good at listening; in the second stage, on the basis of kindergarten teacher’s disposition evaluation index structure system, it formats kindergarten teacher’s disposition situational judgment test questionnaire, and proposes suggestions for the application of the questionnaire in kindergarten teachers’ qualification examination. The formation of questionnaire applies the literature review, interview, open questionnaire and Delphi method. The study preceded a surveying inspection on the initial questionnaire, using cloning Bach (Crombacha) consistency coefficient to evaluate test reliability level and the content validity analysis, and finally forms the formal questionnaire on the basis of deletion and amendment.
