With the rapid development of science and technology, social demand for talents is put forward higher request. In order to adapt to The Times development, a new round of basic education curriculum reform clearly put forward to make the students have a certain innovation spirit and practice ability. Comprehensive practice curriculum development is the only way to meet the requirements of new curriculum reform, and biological survey activities as an important branch of comprehensive practical activities, more and more cause the attention of educators.Biological survey activities require students to walk out of the classroom, to nature or society to investigate and cultivate practice ability. It is characteristic of strong practicality,cooperative, open, enlightening, generative, autonomy and interesting. The resources of biological survey activities are divided into different types according to different standards. "Bundle" in this article refers to the high school biology survey activities in the case of dynamic aggregation of orderly combination, it has a structured, feasibility, applicability and the characteristics of helps. Bundle uses reflected in can help middle school biology teachers provide activity curriculum resources, and can provide students with case reference, arouse the students’ autonomous learning and innovation ability, it can also cause people’s thinking and research to social production and living.In order to understand the biological survey activities carried out in each high school situation, understand the school teachers and students’ opinions and suggestions of biological survey activities and their demand for High school biology survey activity resource bundle,also in order to collect problems in the process of the activities teachers and students have encountered, the author conducts a questionnaire survey and interview survey for some middle school students in grade three and biology teachers, makes every effort to provide powerful, objective, more comprehensive facts for the research on this topic.The design of biological survey activities should follow seven principles, they are scientificity, safety, feasibility, subjectivity, pertinence, innovation and sustainability. The implementation procedure can be divided into problems, determination of theme, the construction of group, plans, activities and results summary, display and communication,evaluation and reflection, thus determine activity plan writing style.The contents design principles of High school biology survey activity resource bundle include the principle of double line, systematic principle, richness principle, the principle of openness, moderate principle and cross complementarity principle. The creation process isdivided into four steps, they are familiar with compiling principles, construction content,writing style, case presents, and finally present in the form of loose-leaf text books. The author digs deeper into the High school biology survey theme, dividing them into three modules according to the molecular and cellular, genetic and evolution, the steady state and environment, and finally designs a total of 26 survey activity plans, generating the High school biology survey activity resource bundle.In order to ensure that survey activities can go smoothly, this article puts forward the corresponding implementation of the point of biological survey activities in the understanding,organization, operation, innovation and evaluation.
