Distance Education Teaching Quality assurance and individualized education has become an important prerequisite for the further development of distance education and direction, and the current distance education learners’ participation in learning activities is not high, college and teachers do not understand the state for learners, teaching platform the lack of real-time status monitoring module learners become the current urgent need to solve the problem remote college. The objective of this study is both a student raised online participation factor analysis model, through the intervention of experiments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed intervention strategies, and proposed method of calculation and visualization capabilities designed for students to online learning state, in order to improve students’ participation in distance education degrees, and is learning to monitor design and visualization prototype.Distance education teaching quality assurance and individualized education becomes the important premise and direction of further development of distance education, and the current distance education learners in the learning activities are lack of participation, school and teachers are lack of the learner’ requirement, and the teaching platform is lack of real-time learners learning situation monitoring tools, that’s became the currently urgent problem to solve for the distance education school.The goal of this study is to design the influence factor analysis model of the students’ participation of the online distant learning,and then use this model to analyze the factors that influence learners’ participation, and assess the impact of these factors on the learner, design the intervention strategies that can improve the learner’s participation.Through the intervention experiment to verify the effectiveness of the proposed intervention strategy, and puts forward the calculational method of students’ online learning state and design the visual function, thereby improving distance education students participation, and creat a way to monitor the online distant student’ learning situation,including the function and the visual prototypes.Through the research,on the theoretical level, in the view of the quantification it shows the classification of online learning students participation, divided the participation into two category:dominance participation and recessive participation. The dominance participation which could be save the visible learning behavior in the website’s database is easy to understand, such as the times that students complete the online test, the times that they read the course information, and so on. The recessive participation is the emotion factor of students’ participation which can’t be find eaily quantized, such as the motivation of learning, the attitude of learning and so on.With the monitor module of online distance education,there are two research achievement, the fisrt achievement is the calculation method of students’ online learning state,i use the data of students participation and the score based on the SPSS to linear regression the formula, and the second achivement use the result of the first achievement which provid the data to the monitor tools,finally finished the functional design and visual interface design for learning monitoring;Through the whole intervention experiment, In terms of intervention strategies,it puts forward four feasible strategy to provide learners’ participation, and the validity of the strategy is verified through the experimental intervention, provides a reasonable solution for increase the participation of distance education students.Through this study presented at the theoretical level of student participation in online learning quantitative classification, the participation into explicit and implicit involvement participate and build the influence of student engagement analysis model, design and emotional involvement in the teaching conditions refinement two factors learner participation.In learning to monitor the results of the above two parts, one calculation method is proposed online learning status of students, the other is to provide a learning monitoring function design and visual interface design; four feasibility of proposed strategy in terms of intervention strategies in order to provide the participation of the learner, and through experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of intervention strategies for students to participate in a low degree of distance education provides a reasonable solution to the status quo policy.
