Some province carried out the eighth curriculum reform in 2004.While Sichuan carried out this curriculum in 2010,the way of teaching biology has been changed a lot. There are also some changes in the CEE.In 2016,the college entrance examination paper (National version) will be used.The new plan of the CEE was put forward in 2014,and pilot in Zhejiang ad Shanghai. Many factors have brought new changes to the CEE in Sichuan.This study summarized the curriculum reform,the background of CEE reform through documentary method Researched the difference of the exam paper between different area through comparing them,We used interview method to understand the process of CEE reform in Sichuan and how do the high school teachers think about the change of CEE paper when the curriculum reform take effect At last, to analyzed the CEE paper(Sichuan version 2013,2014&National version Ⅰ 2013,2014), we use the way of the coherence measurement.Comparing the Sichuan version 2011&2012 with Sichuan version 2013&2014,we can learn about the difference made by curriculum reform.Comparing the Sichuan version with National version in 2013&2014,we can give some purposeful advise to review when Sichuan use the National version.Through this study,some conclusion can be taken out below:First,Sichuan version with distinctive features,it mainly manifest at:trying to reform, a smooth transition strengthen the internal relations of basic knowledge,paying attention to explore experiment and comprehend students’ability.Second,Sichuan version have some difference before and after curriculum reform:change but stability,pay more attention to inspect the experiment and basic ability,more novel and conforming the requirement curriculum reform.The key knowledge to inspect and the difficulty of the examination before and after the course reform is the same.Third,The difference between Sichuan version and National version is:Sichuan version is more difficult than National version, the National version pays more attention to investigate students to master basic knowledge and ability to describe.and Sichuan version and National version have many common points. Fourth, The consistency of the National version and curriculum standards is better than the consistency between the Sichuan version and the curriculum standards.Teaching suggestions based on the Research Institute is rpaying attention to basic and key knowledge,focusing on the inner relation of the knowledge and experiment teaching, and making net of knowledge.Here are some review suggestions when we use National version:First,the difference of the main knowledge and the key knowledge between the National version and the Sichuan version are not big. Teachers should pay more attention to the backbone knowledge and the key knowledge.Second, National version is easy than the Sichuan version,it pays more attention to the basic knowledge of the test, so after switching to the national version,Sichuan biology teachers should pay more attention to the basic knowledge and ability of students.Third, the national version of students with a higher requirement of the specification for biological phenomena and principles, teachers should strengthen the training of students Fourth, teachers should pay more attention to the differences of the elective part which National version is different from the Sichuan version, and make adjustments in the teaching process.
