Teachers teaching basic skills are the most basic knowledge in the teaching process, skills, methods and accomplishment. High school teachers’ basic skills is to strengthen the construction of the middle school teachers’ professional ethics is an important content, is also work in the education teaching middle school teachers must have the basic professional skills. Teachers’ basic skills is the cornerstone of the teaching of technology and art, is one of the important performance, the quality of teachers is the key to a successful teaching.New curriculum reform requires teachers to become the student to study guide, organizer and partners.Under the new curriculum reform situation of teaching basic connotation and denotation of mathematics teachers’ teaching skill update higher requirements are put forward.New curriculum reform requires teachers to review and develop a kind of new concept "SanZiYiHua", preparation, such as traditional teaching basic skills, also requires teachers to use modern teaching methods, the use of classroom teaching questions, apply for teaching basic skills, such as keep learning and create new basic skills.This thesis is divided into five chapters altogether. The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduced this topic research background, study significance. The second chapter main content involved in this study through the literature review,it is concluded that Chinese and foreign research.The third forth, fifth chapter, is the main body of this research, including the third chapter is the study of the core concepts-teaching basic skills is defined, set up the theoretical basis of this topic research. Draw lessons from existing research results, through the observation of the classroom and teacher’s visit, sum up experience and theoretical thinking on the basis of combing and summary, build the basic connotation of teachers of mathematics teaching:general basic skills, basic mathematical discipline. The fourth chapter, according to the basic teaching factors as an index, designed the "teacher’s classroom behavior observation rating scale", and basic skills competition in city of Baoshan middle school mathematics teachers as the research object, I observed the different teachers of different ages about their teaching behavior, the observation results are analyzed. The fifth chapter, from the classroom teaching observation and teaching experience to study the basic content; According to theoretical analysis, and put forward the basic evaluation goal, contents, standards, methods and evaluation feedback.
