The Analysis Of Employment Difficulty Of Rural Female University Students From The View Of ’New Normal’ For Economy

Labor employment right is a basic citizen right, the essential for Marxism politics theory as well as the most acute problem for "the four people’s livelihood" under the new normal economic development. Whether the rural female college students will be able to achieve equal employment is not only a vital symbol for women’s legitimate rights in a society, but also a reflection for the development of the national human rights status and the degree of civilization.Based on the data of several female university students in Shenyang during 2013-2015, who come from rural districts of China, this paper comprehensively and systematically discusses the issue about rural female college students facing difficulties in employment. First of all, from the research background and the significant meaning, the first part of the paper illustrates the importance and necessity of this topic. Secondly, this paper summaries the new normal economy, employment rights and employment discrimination as well as the accomplishment of the domestic and foreign research, which provides constructive examples and thinking. Finally, it points out the innovation and deficiencies of this paper.What’s more, the second part of this paper mainly illustrates the present employment situation of rural district female college students through the analysis of comprehensive questionnaire. From the school, professional, employment expectation, the satisfaction of jobs and wages as well as the employment discrimination of rural district female college students, it illustrates the rural female college students face huge difficulties in employment.The third part of this paper, from the aspects of government, university, company, the family and the situations of themselves, analysis the reasons of employment problem of female rural college students.The fourth part of this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the rural district female college students’employment problem, respectively from the government policy and system construction, the direction of education department, the balance of employment criteria persons, the perspective of rural district female college students themselves.
