Study On College Students' Claiming For Rights Of Equal Employment

At present,there is serious contradiction between the supply and demand of human resources in China talent market.On the one hand,the equal employment fight of college students have being infringed severely,on the other hand,people is accustomed to the infringements of employment rights and think the problem is can only solved by government from above to below.Many people almost deny the subjective role of students in claiming equal employment rights.But studying on current situation of our society,college students advocating actively the equal employment right is an important way to realize the right.It not only illuminates citizen mentality,but also perfect legal system further.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is an exordium in the paper and introduces the reason,meaning of topic selection and research status and so on.The second part adopts literature research method to analyze the theories of equal and right from notion definition,properties,development and the discrimination on the concept,laying a theoretical foundation of claiming equal employment rights,correcting the wrong views and setting up right value judgment.The third is a difficult part and uses various methods synthetically to analyze facts that the equal employment right of college students has being infringed severely in detail,from inequality of social relations to the restriction of age,gender,household registration which setting by employing unit,it provides the powerful support that it is urgency for college students to claim equal employment rights currently.The four part of paper by using case analysis method enumerates several typical cases and points out the realistic meaning and deficiency of assertors' action.From the case we can see college students' awakening of fight consciousness,encouraging college students not to give up their ideal and action and adopting rational ways to struggle continuingly.The last section puts forward four countermeasures from individual,government,society and university.It is indicating that only entire society makes great efforts could college students claim the equal employment rights better.
