"Burden" the theory that most of the teachers understand, but in reality few people really will give students "burden", especially the work piece. Under the big environment of education has not changed the situation, who dare not against the social, family, school, entering a’higher school pressure first step, everyone knows title sea tactics is wrong, but there are still so many people in droves. After consulting the current situation of the research on the layered operation, the author combined with my teaching experience of ten years, in a small scope of the implementation of the hierarchical work experiment, trying to find a more appropriate mode of operation.The author first investigated the current situation of the junior middle school physics homework the teachers and students of 5 schools in the area, found a series of problems existing in the junior middle school physics homework:homework time, homework is too large, too difficult, homework exercises or basic homework, "make it rigidly uniform" change too hasty; then interviewed in the region 3 outstanding and has been in the forefront of teaching principals, learn advanced concepts about junior middle school physics homework from; finally, the recent developments and teach students in accordance with their aptitude theory of humanism, from the physics homework design, physical work arrangement, physical work, physical change review work on these aspects of stratified measures the school next semester, the first unit test was divided into two classes recently as control, a normal operation, a stratified operation, three months after the experiment and then compare the academic achievement and the control changes of interest. Finally, it is found that there is a certain positive effect on the students’performance and the interest of students’ learning physics.In the results, it is obvious that the influence of B layer is more obvious, so it is necessary to implement the layered operation in practical teaching.
