Strategy Research On How To Motivate The Teachers’ Working Initiative In Rural Primary School

In the context of new curriculum reform,provides a new teaching platform for teachers,but also to the teachers put forward higher requirements and challenges. However, influenced by the traditional education idea and the teachers’ own quality,some primary school teachers’ teaching enthusiasm is not high,has a great influence on teacher quality and effect.
