A new round of basic education curriculum reform has brought new ideas, new atmosphere for primary and secondary classroom teaching. During 8 years, teachers gradual change their teaching behaviors, which need to be concerned. Teachers are the most direct front-line practitioners, and their psychological and behavior resistance will directly affect curriculum reform process and results. Understanding the status of teacher resistance, strengthening study of the cases are of great significance in improving teaching behaviors.This paper takes Z primary school in C Town, Ningbo City for example. Through interviews with 16 teachers, I make description of teachers' psychological and behavioral resistance in such a specific environment. Based on the understanding of scholars' ideas about teachers' participation ways, process, predicament, mainly using' documentary study, interviewing and observational methods, this paper makes definition of teacher resistance, learns more about teachers' resistance in Z primary school in C Town, and analyzes the overall status of teacher resistance:The teacher groups support the curriculum reform, but there is some blindness; after the arrival of the curriculum reform, they consider the implementation is farther and farther out of their expectation; teachers of different age, different role will demonstrate different characteristics, the young adapt more fast, while the pressure is greater; teachers are inevitable have individual characteristics, but there are certain consistent insights.Also classifies the factors which induce teacher resistance:the original status of teachers is forced to be changed, for between the emotional inertia and the new curriculum there are acontradictions; curriculum reform requirements are beyond, on the other hand, teacher support system is still not perfect, the quality of teachers is still have a slight lack; teachers' utility cannot be met, the deviation of costs and benefits bring them a sense of loss.At last, based on the situation of Z school, the reasons of teacher resistance, this paper try to propose solutions:one hand, teachers need-to increase self-awareness, strengthen professional training, peer collaboration and course participation; on the other hand, it is essential to perfect teacher support systems from teaching materials, teaching atmosphere, cultural reconstruction, cooperation mechanism, evaluation support, to benefit protection.
