With the increase in single-parent families, it brings a new social problem that the number of single-parental children is increasing dramatically.How to institute and educate these children so that they can develop in a physically and mentally healthy life, because some of them are different from parent family in respect of thinking, learning, communication, and character.Because every coin has two sides, so we should treat the single-parent children objetively, many of them are excellent in character and learning, however others accounted for a large proportion of students called “problem studentsâ€. The moral education in poverty rural schools is often as a mere formality. There are many single-parent children in every class when the writer as headteacher for many years in remote rural areas. In order to study the single-parent children about ideological and moral education in remote rural junior high school. The present study is to research the problems of single-parent children on the performance, causes, psychological characteristics and educational management, in the form of talking, home visits, theme class meeting and student works.The methods of research in this paper are literature method, investigative method, interviewing method and contrast analysis method. The writer found many problems that exist in single-parent children in remote rural areas at lost.
