Study On Optimization Of Logistics Purchase And Supply System Of Shijiazhuang University

The logistics system of purchase and supply of colleges and universities are a special part of the whole social economic logistics system. It has the same integrality, objectiveness and correlation as the general logistics system, but it is distinctively characterized by small size, less links, simple structure, clear objective, strong functions and so on. The logistics system of purchase and supply of colleges and universities are an important window for observing whether or not the system is perfect, and also an important link to display the overall service level of logistics management. And it meets the increasing needs of special groups.Firstly, this thesis introduces the characteristics, factors and target tasks of the system, and summarizes the logistics, logistics management, supply chain management, third party logistics management, system optimization theory, cost control theory and other factors when designing the system. Secondly, based on the analysis of the present situation of the logistics system of Shijiazhuang University as well as on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire, it makes a survey of the management status of the logistics system of the University. As is indicated, the University achieved good results, yet there exit some problems. Thirdly, from the perspectives of the optimization objective, optimization ideas and optimization effect evaluation, the thesis optimizes the system, presenting relative optimization strategies. Finally, it puts forward supporting measures for the system. It is necessary for school authorities to attach importance to the purchase and supply of the logistics and strengthen the construction of informationalized system. It is also necessary to make great efforts to innovate the logistics means, control the cost and improve the evaluation of the system performance.
