With the development of logistic socialization reform in universities, it’s a promin ent and urgent problem to strengthen cost control for catering logistics in ZJUT. Mea sures should be taken to improve the cost management to keep invincible in the com petition. According to the actual situation of logistics in University ZJUT, catering lo gistic should deepen the reform in various fields of cost control such as existing cater ing management system, cost control, management process, cost evaluation and ince ntive system based on scientific cost management theory and method. Cost control is an effective way to reduce costs, increase profits and improve enterprise manageme nt level.This paper analyzes current situations and problems of the catering logistics cost c ontrol and build up a cost control system with the fusion of cost control assessment i ncentive mechanism based on standard cost control by the means of computer infor mation system.Its use to enhance their awareness of cost control, to avoid material waste,to improve production efficiency.Assign cost responsibilities to jobs and employees,To inspire staff enthusiasm and vitality.
