The Research Of Current Situation And Countermeasures For College- Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an important part of vocational education, college-enterprise cooperation in education is the main pattern in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad. With the development of the economy, science technology and economy is increasingly close relationship. The higher vocational colleges are attaches great importance to college-enterprise cooperation, they want to promote their better development by college-enterprise cooperation models. College-enterprise cooperation can solve the contradiction between school personal training and the employee requirement of enterprises between the graduates and vacant posts, and save the enterprise operation cost at the same time.The further study of college-enterprise cooperation in running schools mode of higher vocational colleges and enterprise in China has very important significance for the long-term development. However, in the process of college-enterprise, schools and enterprises have many problems in the aspect of theoretical research and concrete practice. This paper is based on the study theory of higher vocational colleges, from the practice of college-enterprise cooperation, take Xianyang vocational and technical college for example to analysis, through questionnaire, depth interview and other forms to analysis its successful models in college-enterprise cooperation, research the problem what influence its development. At the same time, draw lessons from foreign advanced vocational education concept and college-enterprise cooperation model for success, construct the college-enterprise cooperation in running schools of our country’s higher vocational colleges education system model, from the government, enterprise, schools and other aspects, try to put forward to promote our country’s higher vocational education development countermeasures of college-enterprise cooperation. In order to promote between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to further development, to promote the positive interaction and sustainable development of vocational colleges, enterprises and economic society, make a certain contribution to the prosperity of the regional economic development.This article consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction. Mainly describes the background of college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, research propose and research significance, briefly reviewed the development, achievements and disadvantages of foreign and demotic college-enterprise cooperation. Briefly describes the research content, ideas, methods and innovations in this paper.The second part is a brief description in higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation theory and models. From different aspects to describe the basic theory of college-enterprise cooperation and its important significance.The third part takes Xianyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, put college-enterprise cooperation issues as the main research content, understand the details and achievements of its cooperation, and the obstruct to its further development.The forth part expounds in detail the problems existing in the college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges of China.The fifth part makes a comparison and analysis in foreign college-enterprise cooperation models, fully draw lessons from foreign experience in college-enterprise cooperation.The last part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem in several aspects, to promote the better development of our country’s higher vocational education and its college-enterprise cooperation.
