| Objective : The general training of the physical fitness includes delicacy, balance, speed, strength, endurance and flexibility and so on. No matter in which sport, the training of the physical fitness is essential. And the object of it is to perfect the ability of the athletes, to improve their skills and perform better in the plays. It is very important for the Taiji-Tender-Ball players and the Ping-Pong players to study and master the scientific training methods, if they want to improve their performance. According to the comparative analysis of the physical characteristics between the Taiji-Tender-Ball players and the Ping-Pong players, the thesis aims at finding the differences of the physical fitness between two kinds of the athletes, and exploring the sensitive indexes between them; finding the shortcomings of the physical fitness, and providing the relevant basis for the improvement of their physical quality.When it comes to the research methods, the thesis adopts the literature data method, the experimental method and the mathematical statistic method. 20 male students from the Taiji-Tender-Ball major in Xi’an Phsical Education University are chosen as the Taiji-Tender-Ball group. 20 male students from the Ping-Pong major in Xi’an Phsical Education University are selected as the Ping-Pong group. And 20 male students from other majors in Xi’an Phsical Education University are chosen as the reference group. All the students’ ages are from 20 to 22. And the object of it is to compare and analysis the differences of the phsical quality among the three groups.From the research study, it can be found that the Taiji-Tender-Ball group performes better than the Ping-Pong group in strength, delicacy and flexibility; The Taiji-Tender-Ball group is significant higher than the reference group in strength, delicacy, flexibility, speed and cardiovascular endurance. But there are no obvious differences in balance between the two groups; the Ping-Pong group behaves better than the reference group in strength, delicacy, speed and cardiovascular endurance. But there are no obvious differences in balance and flexibility between the two groups.Conclusion :1. Long-term-training of the Taiji-Tender-Ball can improve these physical fitnesses, such as strength, delicacy, flexibility, speed and cardiovascular endurance, and will play a positive role in the development of individuals.2. Long-term-training of the ping-pong can improve these physical fitnesses such as strength, delicacy, speed and cardiovascular endurance, and can provide much help for the physical fitness development of individuals.3. In the aspects of delicacy, strength and flexibility and so on, the Taiji-Tender-Ball indeed can play an active role and have much promotional value. When it comes to the speed, balance and cardiovascular endurance, the Ping-Pong sport also has an active effect and has some promotional effectiveness. |
